We interupt this series for a hilarious announcement...

Hi folks,

I had the second part of my series about self-promotion around the launch of a book all keyed up and ready to go, when I received what's below. It's far too funny not to share with you all immediately. I'm sure Type M readers will laugh out loud as I did.

Absolutely love these. Had me chortling at my desk. I've sometimes decoded the ouff on a book jacket in much the same way.

Terrific. A fellow author was supposed to blurb a book for her dear friend. She told me it was an astounding feat to make the romance of Maxmilian and Carlota sound dull.
The blurb read that the book was "an astounding feat."
