If it's from a book in a different series, it helps me decide if I want to read that series. If it's the next one in the series I'm reading in order, then I don't read it.<br /><br />I have to think that in most cases, the teaser chapters do serve a valid marketing purpose.Tanyanoreply@blogger.com
